Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great location right off the freeway. New building with clean, modern rooms. Didnt have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast.

Right off 880 highway. Quiet area surrounded by Auto dealerships. Parking is easy with EV chargers available to use, but not free. Parking available in rear but only Main entrance and 2 side entrances. Check-in desk is staffed, spacious lobby seating with Breakfast buffet space and bar to the side. Fitness center and indoor pool on 1st floor. The inside of hotel lobby, walkways and rooms look very new. Body wash+Shampoo+Conditioner bottles in shower are complimentary. Adequate storage space and hanging hooks in the room.

Great value. Went here twice, room are always clean and comfortable. The floor is wood I like it but the only short side is you might hear noises from upper floor. The breakfast is okay with fresh fruits. The front desk is good too! It’s a good place with reasonable price. No complaints

Modern room (with a couch!), working thermostat, sleek bathroom, and best of all, the most amazing breakfast I’ve had at a non-luxury hotel. Honestly better than some luxury hotel breakfasts (less is more sometimes). All in the $100-200 per night range (albeit in the winter). The stellar breakfast and modern feel really make this place a wonderful stay and it’s honestly the best affordable hotel I’ve been in the bay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an extended stay here.

We’ve stayed at this hotel four times now, and overall it really is a beautiful place. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are spotless. The food was also great (just wish there were a few more options), and breakfast is your standard breakfast bar simple but convenient. The staff truly stands out. Every single person we came across was kind and welcoming. The bartender who took our food order was especially friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Customer service here has always been wonderful. That said, this stay was unfortunately very different from our previous visits. The noise level was extremely disruptive. The first night, the room above us had a child running and jumping until nearly 3 a.m., and then again throughout the next day. After being at the hospital all day with my child for surgery, we were completely exhausted and really needed rest. We requested to be moved, but the first-floor room ended up being even louder doors slamming throughout the night (possibly staff doors), people talking near the front area, and again very heavy footsteps from above. It genuinely sounded like stomping at times. I completely understand that hotels can’t control how guests behave, but it was surprising given how large the property is that we were placed directly under such high activity areas both times. We’ve never experienced this level of noise in our previous stays, which is why this was especially disappointing. We were really looking forward to a quiet space to recover and rest, and unfortunately that just wasn’t our experience this time

Great service! Room was clean, the pool was accessible as stated, location was great. The freeway was right outside our room but wasn't disruptive or noisy, the shade kept the sun out of the room. Everything was in the room easily found for the couch sleeper, it was easily set up. Plenty of restaurants nearby and breakfast was great!

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and it exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The best part? Their happy hour at the lobby bar — $5 draft beers from Monday to Friday, 5–7 PM! The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The menu changed a bit each morning, offering a nice variety of oatmeal, cereal, eggs, potatoes, and sausages. My room was spacious, spotless, and had great value for the price. I also loved the smart TV (perfect for Netflix nights!) and appreciated that they even provided a dental kit — something you don’t often see these days. There’s a shared microwave on the first floor and a small indoor pool, which was a nice touch. Parking is $15 per night, which felt a bit unnecessary given the location, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, the front desk staff were attentive and professional, making my stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely incredible experience. Staff was very kind and professional with smiles each morning! The room was large and spacious with a nice couch area and fridge. Everything was clean. We did have a small issue with our shower door opening itself and glass by the parking/dumpster but otherwise this hotel deserves more way more stars and I plan to stay here again! Breakfast even had Bluey for the kiddos with a small convenien store and seating while we waited for friends!
